Demonstrating Academic Excellence, 551 Students Named to Prestigious Assumption College Fall 2017 Dean's List
Assumption College has announced that 551 students have been named to the College's prestigious undergraduate Dean's List for the fall 2017 semester.
To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
Champlain College's 138th Commencement was held at Edmunds Field in Burlington, Vt on Saturday, May 14. A total of 537 undergraduates received their associate and bachelors degrees during the ceremony. Students who received their degrees from Champlain College include:

The State University of New York at Potsdam recognized more than 900 candidates for graduation during the College's 2014 Commencement celebrations. SUNY Potsdam honored students who either earned their degree or were eligible to graduate between December 2013 and December 2014.

This student professional conference is designed to showcase the academic work of Keene State students and the collaborative work between students and faculty. It allows students to share excellent work with a broad audience, and prepares them for submitting proposals to professional conferences.
On Monday, April 11, the second annual Student Employee Recognition Event was held at Champlain College's campus in Burlington, Vt. The event celebrated the hard work of student employees with free food, gifts, raffles, a video created by fellow student workers, and several award categories such as Leadership, Problem Solving, and Student Employee of the Year.

On Sunday, November 1, The Assumption College Honors Program inducted 79 new members from the Class of 2019 before an audience of administrators, faculty and families. The Honors Program at Assumption College is a demanding, intensive curriculum that seeks to challenge each student to achieve his or her full potential within a supportive community of peers. Regardless of major, the Honors Program empowers students to challenge themselves and explore their passion with similarly motivated students. Students inducted into the Program are encouraged to select courses and projects that reflect their individual interests and to connect their classroom studies with experiences in the community.
